Delivery Policy

  • Shopping Stream offers their Cash on delivery service for all over Pakistan. The delivery is made directly to customers from our respective outlets by our staff or by courier services.
  • We offer free delivery within Multan (Free delivery is only offered for orders over Rs. 1500 ). –Perishable items will be delivered to certain areas of Multan. Please call us to confirm if your delivery location is covered.
  • For Multan (T&C Apply) – Orders below Rs 1,500/- (Rs 100/- Delivery Charges)
  • For other cities, delivery charges would be added i.e. You would be charged Rs 200 per 900grams of your package gross weight.
  • Further details regarding shipping & delivery can be taken from our customer care team
  •  Incase at time of order creation, shipping charges are missed to apply because of a technical glitch, they will be added by our order management team and you will also be informed about it and then delivery will be processed from our end.
  • Same Day Delivery* (Multan – For orders above Rs 1500)
  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm are delivered the same day at around 06:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
  • Orders placed after 3 pm will be delivered the next day before 4 pm. (In the month of Ramadan, orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered next day)
  • *Same day deliveries are only valid for Multan.

Returns and Exchanges

Shopping Stream believes in making online shopping a phenomenal experience centered on you, so you can enjoy complete satisfaction along with the impeccable level of service. That’s why we believe you have every right to have your product checked, and, if needed, replaced.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in sealable condition within 3 days of receipt (Except perishables, special items and any item ordered via special order – They do not cover any return policy).

We do not exchange any item unless it is damaged before purchase.

If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item (Excluding some special items such as Fashion Items, Electronic Items, Medical Items, etc)

In case of Replacement or Exchange against any special item or any item ordered as special order other than Grocery, Beauty, Pet etc – Shopping Stream will accept return in fully sealable condition within 3 days of receipt but would deduct/retain 20% amount of the item ordered (Restocking Fee). This fee would only be charged against customer’s discretion, not on returns of defective merchandise.

Incase, a customer has placed an order via paying in advance & later decides to cancel it for any reason within 12 Hours of placing an order, Shopping Stream will not return cash or amount – We will only be able to deliver something else or another variant of product available in our stocks. We will not return cash or transfer payment in any such scenario.

In case, a customer has placed an order via paying in advance via card payment or bank transfer and for some reason we were not able to deliver full order or partial etc – Shopping Stream will refund the amount back to the same source or payment i.e. either bank account or card of the bank that was charged while the transaction. Shopping Stream will not return payment in form of cash. Refund may take more than 7-10 days to be processed from our end.

If returning/replacing a product would cost logistics charges etc that return cost would be beared by customer only. Shopping Stream won’t be responsible for any return cost. Shopping Stream will not send their rider or team member to pick any item from a customer as return or refund, customer will have to get it delivered back to store location by self.

Shopping Stream replacement policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:

  • In case you are delivered the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.

However, to complete replacement of your product, the product should be:

  • Undamaged, unused and in the condition in which it was received.
  • The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.
  • None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.
